As residence of Naotaro Sakaushi, it is built in corner lot facing the white birch forest of the Otaru Park south side and is Western-style building in accord with neighboring nature. The appearance and octagonal living room that white plaster coating compared with light green yokohanemokubanda chino breast wall on the first floor are characteristic. Direct Taro opened lawyer at this residence. Design is Yoshiya Tanoue who studied under great master Frank Lloyd light of American modern architecture. Furniture which Tagami designed is put in the room, and signature including carving is had for adjacent brick wall, too.
